  • Secretary - Board of Management

 A position on the Hectorville Sports & Community Club Inc Board of Management exists for someone to handle secretarial work including;

  1. Taking minutes from meetings and circulating
  2. Receiving and distributing correspondence
  3. Preparing letters, correspondence as required
  4. General tasks as required
