Please complete by 14th March to be placed on a team.
This form is for returning players only.
Completion of this form and payment of $50 non-refundable nomination fee ensures your child will be placed on a team. Full registration instructions will be sent once teams are announced.
The $50 nomination fee will be automatically deducted from your registration fees.
Any NEW PLAYERS wishing to be considered to play in winter will need to fill out the waitlist form.
